Ingredients
- 15-20 large carrots
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 2 Scoops Raw Big Horn Bison Honey
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 2-3 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
- Wash and peel the carrots, Chop them lengthwise so they aren't as thick.
- Drizzle with Olive Oil
- Peel and mince garlic and chop rosemary sprigs; add to carrots.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
- When carrots are soft, remove from the oven and add two scoops of honey.
- Stir until honey melts and coats carrots.
